Welcome to kindergarten! I am eager to get to know you and your child, and I’m looking forward to a happy and fun-filled year of learning.

 

My name is Meghan Orrill and this is my second year at Peabody. Previously, I taught elementary school for two years in Cortez, Colorado. I absolutely love teaching and am excited for the year ahead. Kindergarten is an amazing year of growth and I am excited to take this journey with your child!

 

I grew up in Salida, Colorado and have a wonderful family that I enjoy visiting on the weekends. We love hiking, mountain biking, and spending time together in the mountains. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Hanover College in Madison, Indiana in May 2009. I plan on beginning a Master’s program in the near future with an emphasis in reading. I love spending time with children and think I have the best job in the world!  

 

AM Kindergarten and PM Kindergarten both attend school in the morning for field day!! School is from 8:36-11:35. There is NO bus transportation at 11:35. The 1/2 day Kindergarten schedule  alternates between morning and afternoon attending on half days.
